New Clients: Requirements for Dog Boarding

We do require a pet evaluation before boarding to check your pet(s) temperament. All new dogs must day board or stay overnight for our staff to evaluate. There is a $40 charge for this day/night.

• We only do pet evaluations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
• Drop off time is between 9-10am and pick up is between 3-5pm.
• Please call us or email us to get your pet scheduled.Please note that we will not do pet evaluations during holiday or peak weeks so please plan accordingly.

*If your pet is severely aggressive towards our staff, we may not board your pet. *

Vaccinations:

We do require the Rabies, Distemper (DHPP) and Bordetella for boarding and prior to the pet evaluation.

What to bring:

Please bring in your pets food, treats and toys. The food does not need to be pre-measured but please make sure to pack enough food for your pets stay. We supply all bedding and food/water bowls for your pet.
*We will not give rawhides but other chew toys are okay.*

Elderly Pets:

We do take elderly pets but we may not be able to board them if they have any chronic medical issues. In that case, medical boarding with your veterinarian will be the best option. In the case that we can take your pet(s), there will be additional paperwork and contracts to fill out.

We do offer tours during our open hours with no appointment needed.
